5. Formal Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Judge} is righteous in her midst; He does not commit injustice. Morning by morning He brings forth His judgment into the light; He does not fail. But the wrongdoer knows no shame. |
5. Dynamic Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Just Presence} is right there in the city, always acting rightly. Every morning He brings His justice into the open and does not fail. Yet the corrupt know no shame. |
