Zephaniah 3:6:1הִכְרַ֣תִּיhikrattiI cut off

6. Formal Translation
I {Yahweh, Sovereign Judge} have cut off nations; their corners are desolate. I have laid waste their streets so that none passes through; their cities are destroyed, without a man, without an inhabitant.
6. Dynamic Translation
I {Yahweh, Divine Avenger} wiped out nations; their corners stand abandoned. I ruined their streets leaving no one to even walk by. Their towns are now deserted—no people, not a single resident.
