Formal Translation David said to the whole assembly of Israel, “If it seems good to you, and if it is from the LORD our God {Yahweh Eloheinu, National Covenant God}, let us send out word to our brothers who remain throughout all the lands of Israel and to the priests and Levites in their pastureland cities, that they may gather to us.” |
