26. Formal Translation For in faithfulness, they—the four mighty men of the gatekeepers, they being Levites—were over the chambers and over the treasuries of the house of God {ha-elohim, Sanctuary Protector}. |
26. Dynamic Translation Because these four gatekeepers, who were Levites, served faithfully, they were put in charge of the rooms and the treasuries of God’s {ha-elohim, Sanctuary Master} house. |
