| 12. Formal Translation Now concerning our brother Apollos, I strongly urged him to come to you with the brothers, but it was by no means his will that he should come now; he will, however, come when he has the opportunity. |
| 12. Dynamic Translation About our brother Apollos, I urged him repeatedly to visit you with the brothers, but he absolutely did not want to come now. He will come when a suitable time opens up. |
