29. Formal Translation And it happened at that time that Jeroboam went out from Jerusalem, and Ahijah the Shilonite, the prophet, found him on the way. And he was clothed with a new cloak, and the two of them were alone in the field. |
29. Dynamic Translation Around that time Jeroboam left Jerusalem, and Ahijah the Shilonite met him on the road. He was wearing a brand new garment, and only the two of them were out in the countryside. |
