29. Formal Translation And the prophet lifted the body of the man of God {Elohim, Divine Messenger} and placed it upon the donkey. Then he brought him back and came to the city of the old prophet to mourn and to bury him. |
29. Dynamic Translation So the prophet picked up the body of the man of God {Elohim, God’s representative} and placed it on the donkey. He went back to the elder prophet’s town to grieve and bury him. |
