33. Formal Translation
After this event Jeroboam did not turn back from his evil way, but again made priests from the lowest ranks of the people for the high places; whoever desired it he filled his hand and became a priest of the high places.
33. Dynamic Translation
Even after this Jeroboam did not change his wicked ways. Instead, he again appointed priests for the high places from the least regarded among the people; he installed them and they served at the high places.
