| 16. Formal Translation The jar of flour was not consumed, and the jug of oil did not run out according to the word of the LORD {Yahweh, Miracle Provider} which He spoke by the hand of Elijah. |
| 16. Dynamic Translation The flour jar never emptied, and the oil jug did not run out, just as the LORD {Yahweh, Faithful Sustainer} had promised through Elijah. |
