1 Kings 17:20:1וַיִּקְרָ֥אvayikraand he cried out
1 Kings 17:20:2אֶל־יְהוָ֖הelyahwehto the LORD 1 Kings 17:20:3וַיֹּאמַ֑רvayomarand he said 1 Kings 17:20:4יְהוָ֣הyahwehLORD 1 Kings 17:20:5אֱלֹהָ֔יelohaimy God 1 Kings 17:20:6הֲ֠גַםhagamalso? even? 1 Kings 17:20:7עַל־הָאַלְמָנָ֞הalhaalmanaupon the widow 1 Kings 17:20:8אֲשֶׁר־אֲנִ֨יasheraniwhom I 1 Kings 17:20:9מִתְגּוֹרֵ֥רmitgoreram sojourning 1 Kings 17:20:10עִמָּ֛הּimmawith her 1 Kings 17:20:11הֲרֵע֖וֹתָhareotahave you done harm 1 Kings 17:20:12לְהָמִ֥יתlehamitto cause to die, to put to death 1 Kings 17:20:13אֶת־בְּנָֽהּ׃etbena{direct object} her son
20. Formal Translation
And he called to the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Hearer} and said, “O LORD my God {Yahweh elohai, Prayer Responder}, is it also on the widow with whom I am sojourning, that You have brought harm by causing her son to die?”
20. Dynamic Translation
He cried out to the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Listener} and said, “O LORD my God {Yahweh elohai, Personal Responder}, have You really brought trouble even on this widow I am staying with by causing her son to die?”
