וַיָּ֨שָׁב{va-ya-SHAV###vah-yah-SHAAV###and he returned} מֵאַחֲרָ֜יו{me-a-kha-RAV###mee-ah-khah-RAAV###from after him} וַיִּקַּ֣ח{va-yik-KAKH###vah-yihk-KAHKH###and he took} אֶת־צֶ֧מֶד{et-TSE-med###eht-TSEH-mehd###(direct object) a yoke of} הַבָּקָ֣ר{ha-ba-KAR###hah-bah-KAAR###the oxen or cattle} וַיִּזְבָּחֵ֗הוּ{va-yiz-ba-KHE-hu###vah-yihz-bah-KHEE-hoo###and he sacrificed him or it} וּבִכְלִ֤י{u-vikh-LI###oo-vihkh-LEE###and with a vessel or instrument} הַבָּקָר֙{ha-ba-KAR###hah-bah-KAAR###of the oxen or cattle} בִּשְּׁלָ֣ם{bish-she-LAM###bihsh-sheh-LAAM###he boiled them or cooked them} הַבָּשָׂ֔ר{ha-ba-SAR###hah-bah-SAAR###the flesh} וַיִּתֵּ֥ן{va-yit-TEN###vah-yiht-TEEN###and he gave} לָעָ֖ם{la-AM###laa-AAM###to the people} וַיֹּאכֵ֑לוּ{va-yo-KHE-lu###vah-yoh-KHEE-loo###and they ate} וַיָּ֗קָם{va-ya-KAM###vah-yah-KAAM###and he arose} וַיֵּ֛לֶךְ{va-ye-LEKH###vah-yeh-LEHKH###and he went} אַחֲרֵ֥י{a-kha-RE###ah-khah-REE###after} אֵלִיָּ֖הוּ{e-li-YA-hu###ee-lih-YAA-hoo###Elijah} וַיְשָׁרְתֵֽהוּ׃פ{va-ye-sha-re-TE-hu###vah-yeh-shah-reh-TEE-hoo###and he ministered to him or served him}
