27. Formal Translation
And it happened, when Ahab heard these words, that he tore his garments and put on sackcloth upon his flesh, and he fasted. He lay down in sackcloth and walked around slowly.
27. Dynamic Translation
When Ahab heard these words, he tore his clothes and put on sackcloth, fasting. He lay in sackcloth and moved about gently.
