36. Formal Translation And it will be that everyone who remains in your house will come and bow down to him for a piece of silver and a loaf of bread, and will say, “Please attach me {sephach: join, connect} to one of the priestly orders so that I may eat a piece of bread.” |
36. Dynamic Translation Then every surviving member of your family will come and humble himself before him for a coin and a loaf of bread, pleading, “Please give me a place among the priests so that I can have something to eat.” |
