15. Formal Translation
Today have I begun to inquire of God {Elohim, Divine Arbiter} for him? Far be it from me! Let not the king place any matter against his servant or against the house of my father, for your servant knows nothing at all of this matter, whether small or great.
15. Dynamic Translation
Was today the first time I asked God {Elohim, Just Judge} to intercede on his behalf? Of course not! Do not let the king accuse me or any member of my father’s household of this matter, for I know nothing about it, whether minor or major.
