| 33. Formal Translation And a man drew the bow at random and struck the king of Israel between the joints and the armor. And he said to the charioteer, “Turn your hand, turn your hand, and bring me out of the camp, because I am wounded.” |
| 33. Dynamic Translation Someone loosed an arrow by chance and hit the king of Israel between the joints and the armor. He said to his chariot driver, “Turn around and get me out of the camp, because I am badly hurt.” |
