Exegesis

The phrase ʼish ʿal-kīsô {אִ֨ישׁ עַל־כִּסְא֜וֹ | ʼîš ʿal-kīsô} ‘each on his throne’ uses a distributive noun with a prepositional phrase. The Pual participle məlubbāšîm with bəgādîm frames their ceremonial dress.
