   and every dispute or case which comes upon you from your brothers the ones dwelling in their cities between blood to blood between law and commandment to statutes and to judgments or rulings then you shall warn them and not they will be guilty to the LORD and there will be wrath upon you and upon your brothers thus you shall do and not you will be guilty

Exegesis

The perfect waw-consecutive wə·hā·yāh-qê·ṣeph {וְהָֽיָה־קֶ֥צֶף | wə·hā·yāh-qê·ṣeph} ‘and there will be wrath’ indicates the consequence, and the closing imperatives kôh taʿăśûn wə·lōʾ teʾašmû {כֹּ֥ה תַעֲשׂ֖וּן וְלֹ֥א תֶאְשָֽׁמוּ | kôh taʿăśûn wə·lōʾ teʾašmû} ‘thus you shall do and not incur guilt’ frame the directive with its negative corollary.
