10. Formal Translation
Whenever any dispute comes before you from your brothers who live in their cities—whether over blood, the law, commandments, statutes, or judgments—you are to warn them so that they do not incur guilt before the LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Arbiter}. Otherwise His wrath will rest upon you and your brothers. Act in this way, and you will not be guilty.
10. Dynamic Translation
If a case is brought to you by relatives dwelling in their towns—whether it involves bloodshed, commands, regulations, or judgments—advise them not to sin against the LORD {Yahweh, Supreme Judge}, and you and your kin will avoid His anger. Follow this instruction, and you will remain guiltless.
