| 21. Formal Translation And he consulted with the people and appointed singers to the LORD {Yahweh, Faithful Guide} and praisers for the splendor of holiness, as they went out before the vanguard, saying, “Give thanks to the LORD, for His lovingkindness endures forever.” |
| 21. Dynamic Translation After consulting with the people, he appointed singers to the LORD and praise leaders for the beauty of holiness. As they went out ahead of the vanguard, they sang, “Give thanks to the LORD {Yahweh, Everlasting Protector}! His love endures forever.” |
