וַיִּתֵּ֣ן{va-yit-TEN###vah-yit-TEEN###and he gave} לָהֶ֣ם{la-HEM###laa-HEHM###to them} אֲ֠בִיהֶם{a-vi-HEM###ah-vih-HEHM###their father} מַתָּנ֨וֹת{ma-ta-NOT###mah-tah-NOHT###gifts} רַבּ֜וֹת{ra-BOT###rah-BOHT###many} לְכֶ֤סֶף{le-KHE-sef###leh-KHEH-sehf###of silver} וּלְזָהָב֙{u-le-za-HAV###oo-leh-zaa-HAAV###and of gold} וּלְמִגְדָּנ֔וֹת{u-le-mig-da-NOT###oo-leh-mihg-daa-NOHT###and of valuable possessions} עִם־עָרֵ֥י{im-a-RE###ihm-aa-REE###with cities of} מְצֻר֖וֹת{me-tsu-ROT###meh-tsuh-ROHT###fortified} בִּֽיהוּדָ֑ה{bi-ye-hu-DA###bih-yeh-hoo-DAA###in Judah} וְאֶת־הַמַּמְלָכָ֛ה{ve-et-ha-mam-la-KHA###veh-EET-hah-mahm-lah-KHAA###and the kingdom} נָתַ֥ן{na-TAN###naa-TAHN###he gave} לִֽיהוֹרָ֖ם{li-yo-RAM###lih-yoh-RAAM###to Jehoram} כִּי־ה֥וּא{ki-HU###KEE-HOO###because he} הַבְּכֽוֹר׃פ{ha-be-KHOR###hah-beh-KHOHR###the firstborn}
