38. Formal Translation And they return to You {Yahweh, Restorer} with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their captivity where they have been taken, and they pray toward their land which You have given to their fathers and toward the city which You have chosen and toward the house which I have built for Your Name. |
38. Dynamic Translation If they return to You {Yahweh, Covenant Restorer} with all their heart and soul in the land where they are held as captives and pray facing their homeland that You gave to their ancestors, the city You chose, and the temple I built for Your Name. |
