6. Formal Translation
For if I should desire to boast, I will not be foolish, for I will speak truth; but I refrain, lest anyone might think of me beyond what he sees in me or hears from me.
6. Dynamic Translation
Even if I wanted to boast, I would not be acting like a fool, because I would be telling the truth. But I hold back, so that no one will think of me as more than what they see in me or hear from me.
