9. Formal Translation
And the king of Assyria heard concerning Tirhakah, king of Cush, “Behold, he has gone out to fight against you”; he returned and sent messengers again to Hezekiah to say.
9. Dynamic Translation
When the king of Assyria heard the report about Tirhakah, king of Cush, saying, “Look, he is coming out to fight you,” he turned back and sent envoys again to Hezekiah with this message.
