16. Formal Translation
And also Manasseh shed very much innocent blood, until he filled Jerusalem from one end to the other, apart from his sin which he caused Judah to sin, to do evil in the eyes of the LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Judge}.
16. Dynamic Translation
Manasseh also spilled so much innocent blood that he filled every corner of Jerusalem, in addition to the sin by which he led Judah into wrongdoing, causing them to do what was evil in the sight of the LORD {Yahweh, Moral Arbiter}.
