Exegesis

The coordinating ve-chol asher {וְכָל־אֲשֶׁר | wə-ḵól ʾă-šer} ‘and all that’ broadens the scope, and the nominal clause vechatato asher chata {וְחַטָּאתוֹ אֲשֶׁר חָטָא | wə-ḥaṭ-tā-tō ʾă-šer ḥā-ṭāʾ} ‘and his sin which he sinned’ uses a relative clause for emphasis.
