Formal Translation And the king went up to the house of the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Sovereign}, and all the men of Judah and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem with him, and the priests and the prophets and all the people from the least to the greatest, and he read in their hearing all the words of the covenant that had been found in the house of the LORD. |
| 2. Dynamic Translation The king and all the people of Judah, along with everyone living in Jerusalem—priests, prophets and common folk from the smallest to the largest—went up to the LORD’s {Yahweh, Restoring Monarch} house. He read aloud every word of the Book of the Covenant that they had found there. |
