2 Kings 6:2:1נֵֽלְכָה־נָּ֣אnelkhanalet us go, please
2 Kings 6:2:2עַד־הַיַּרְדֵּ֗ןadhayardento the Jordan 2 Kings 6:2:3וְנִקְחָ֤הvenikkhaand let us take 2 Kings 6:2:4מִשָּׁם֙mishamfrom there 2 Kings 6:2:5אִ֚ישׁisha man, each one 2 Kings 6:2:6קוֹרָ֣הkoraa beam, a log 2 Kings 6:2:7אֶחָ֔תekhatone 2 Kings 6:2:8וְנַעֲשֶׂה־לָּ֥נוּvenaaselanuand let us make for ourselves 2 Kings 6:2:9שָׁ֛םshamthere 2 Kings 6:2:10מָק֖וֹםmakoma place 2 Kings 6:2:11לָשֶׁ֣בֶתlashevetto dwell, to sit 2 Kings 6:2:12שָׁ֑םshamthere 2 Kings 6:2:13וַיֹּ֖אמֶרvayomerand he said 2 Kings 6:2:14לֵֽכוּ׃lekhugo
2. Formal Translation
Let us go now to the Jordan and let each man take one beam from there, and let us build for ourselves a place to dwell. And he said, “Go.”
2. Dynamic Translation
Let us go to the Jordan River and have each of us bring back a beam from there so we can build ourselves a place to live. And he said, “Go.”
