16. Formal Translation And she said to him, “No, do not speak of this great wrong, for the wrong of sending me away is greater than that which you have done to me.” But he refused to listen to her. |
16. Dynamic Translation She pleaded with him, “Please do not mention this terrible wrong. Evicting me would be a far worse injustice than what you have already done.” But he refused to listen to her. |
