7. Formal Translation
And it was at the end of four years that Absalom said to the king, “Please let me go and pay my vow which I vowed to the LORD {Yahweh, Recipient of Vows} in Hebron.”
7. Dynamic Translation
After four years had passed, Absalom said to the king, “Let me go and fulfill my vow to the LORD {Yahweh, One Who Hears Prayers} in Hebron.”
