| 11. Formal Translation And David said to Abishai and to all his servants, “Behold, my son who came forth from my own body is seeking my life; how much more now this Benjamite! Leave him alone and let him curse, for the LORD {Yahweh, Sovereign Orchestrator} has told him to do so.” |
| 11. Dynamic Translation David said to Abishai and all his attendants, “Look, even my own son, who was born from me, is seeking my life. So how much more should this man from the tribe of Benjamin do it? Let him be and let him curse me, because the LORD {Yahweh, Supreme Ruler} told him to.” |
