30. Formal Translation
Therefore, being a prophet and knowing that God {Theos, Covenant Oath Maker} had sworn to him with an oath to seat one from the fruit of his loins upon his throne.
30. Dynamic Translation
So, since he was a prophet and understood that God {Theos, Trustworthy Promise Keeper} had made a sworn promise to him that someone from his own descendants would be placed on his royal throne.
