35. Formal Translation This Moses, whom they refused, saying, “Who appointed you as a ruler and a judge?”, this one God {Theos, Sovereign Sender} has sent as both a ruler and a deliverer with the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush. |
35. Dynamic Translation This same Moses, whom they rejected by saying, “Who put you in charge as ruler and judge?”, is the very one God {Theos, Divine Commissioner} sent to lead and rescue the people with the help of the angel who appeared to him in the burning bush. |
