20. Formal Translation
But Peter said to him, “May your silver be with you for destruction, because you thought the gift of God {Theos, Sovereign Bestower} could be obtained by means of money.”
20. Dynamic Translation
But Peter said to him, “Let your money go to ruin along with you, because you assumed you could buy the gift of God {Theos, Righteous Giver} with money.”
