Tell God plainly that you are weak and ask for help

Wait until you feel strong again before speaking at all

Treat pain as proof you should stay away from God

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I come to you in my weakness. I admit that I have sinned and cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord. Please forgive me, give me new life, and teach my heart and my words to belong to you. Amen.

Receive the One Who Strengthens

Lord, touch the lips of your Church again. Where we have become silent, restore courage; where we are weary, restore strength. Let us speak your truth with humility and love to the people before us, and make your people alive with holy boldness. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Touch Our Lips Again

Father, when my strength is gone and pain weighs on me, draw near and steady me. Meet me in the place where I feel weak, and give me grace to take the next step. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Strength for the Drained

Pray by naming one place where you feel drained or confused, telling God exactly what hurts, and asking him for the strength and words you need today.

Pray When You Have No Strength

Father, thank you that you do not ignore weakness or silence. Thank you for meeting us gently and giving us words when we have none. Help me rest in your care today and trust your nearness.

Thank You for Meeting Weakness

Pray for someone who feels overwhelmed, ashamed, or out of words: that God would meet them gently, restore their strength, and help them speak honestly. Ask that they would know they are not alone in their pain.

For the Speechless and Weary
