Pause, listen carefully, and respond with reverence

Carry on as though nothing unusual happened

Rush to explain the whole scene to everyone

Treat the vision as a puzzle, not a call to worship

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, your glory is brighter than lightning and your words carry more weight than a crowd. I admit that I have sinned and I need your mercy. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and confess you as my Lord. Come into my life, rule my heart, and make me new. Amen.

Receive the Lord of Glory

Lord, stir your Church to tremble before your holiness again. Where we have become casual, make us reverent; where our speech has become thin, give us words full of truth; where our worship has grown dull, flood us with fresh awe at your glory. Revive us to listen, to obey, and to shine for you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church to Your Majesty

Thank you, Lord, for showing us that you are not ordinary. Thank you for beauty that startles us, strength that steadies us, and words that deserve our attention. Teach us to respond with worship and trust.

Thank You for Your Majestic Presence

Father, you are glorious beyond our imagination. Your brightness, strength, and authority deserve my reverence. Teach me to bow before you with humility and joy, and to honor your words above every lesser voice, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Honor the Holy One

Begin by naming one place where noise, hurry, or self-confidence has crowded out awe. Ask God to restore reverence, help you listen carefully, and make your speech gentler and truer today.

Pray for Reverent Listening

Bring these to God: a desire to see him as greater than your distractions; a willingness to listen before reacting; and a longing for your daily life to reflect reverence, not rush.
