Stay humble, ask God for help, and refuse to trust raw power

Use even stronger force so nobody can stand in the way

Assume strength always proves what is right

Ignore the warning because it does not affect ordinary life

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and tried to rule my own life. I turn from my sin and trust you to save me. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I ask you to lead me away from destruction and into your life. Amen.

Receive the Lord Who Saves from Ruin

Lord, revive your Church wherever we have trusted strength, influence, or success more than you. Make us humble, watchful, and quick to pray. Teach us to resist arrogance, to refuse cruelty, and to stand as people who depend on your help alone, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Us to Depend on You

Father, when I face power that feels overwhelming, keep me from fear and from becoming like the force I fear. Guard my mind, my words, and my steps. Give me courage that is calm, not cruel, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Protection in the Face of Overpowering Evil

Pray for towns, neighborhoods, and nations where violence, oppression, or abuse of power is threatening peace; for homes and communities that need protection; for leaders to use strength with justice and restraint; and for God to raise up peacemakers who guard what is good and beautiful.

For Places Threatened by Power

Name one place where you rely on control or force. Ask God to uncover pride, soften your heart, and teach you restraint and trust.

Pray for a Humble Heart

Thank God that no human power is ultimate, that ruin does not get the final word, and that he can preserve what is good even when strength seems unstoppable.

Thank God for His Rule
