40. Formal Translation And a fourth kingdom will be strong like iron; just as iron crushes and shatters everything, and like iron that crushes all these, it will crush and shatter them. |
40. Dynamic Translation Then a fourth empire will arise, as strong as iron; just as iron smashes and shatters everything, so it will break and crush all the others. |
