Rescue Me from Sin's Fire

Lord, when your people feel tied down by fear, compromise, or suffering, breathe fresh courage into us. Revive your Church in the heat of pressure: make us faithful, fearless, and bright with your hope. Where we have grown weak, strengthen us; where we have been silent, give us bold love; where the fire has tested us, let us come forth purified and full of praise, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Your Church in the Heat

Pray by naming the pressure that feels like fire, asking God for steadiness in it, and surrendering the outcome to his hand. Ask for courage to remain faithful and for peace while you wait.

Pray Through the Heat

Pray for believers who feel trapped by hostile circumstances, for people facing persecution, and for anyone under intense stress. Ask God to hold them steady, protect their faith, and give them grace to endure without fear.

For People Under Pressure

Father, thank you that no furnace is beyond your care and no chain is stronger than your hand. Thank you for being near when life feels hot and overwhelming, and for giving strength to endure, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Your Nearness

Praise God for ruling over fire, fear, and every human power. Praise him for noticing the bound, the suffering, and the threatened, and for proving that his presence is greater than the flames.
