33. Formal Translation At that very hour the word was fulfilled concerning Nebuchadnezzar, and he was driven away from men and ate grass like oxen. His body was drenched with the dew of heaven until his hair grew like eagles’ feathers and his nails like birds’ claws. |
33. Dynamic Translation In that same moment what had been spoken about Nebuchadnezzar came true, and he was forced out from among people and began eating grass like cattle. His body became soaked with the dew of heaven until his hair grew long like eagles’ feathers and his fingernails like birds’ claws. |
