Bring it honestly before God and ask for steadiness

Assume the dream must be decoded alone before you can rest

Ignore it and hope the feeling disappears

Keep it private and wait for it to pass on its own

Peace for a Troubled Heart

Lord, revive your Church where we have grown dull to fear and pain. Make us people who notice troubled minds, listen with tenderness, and point the anxious to your peace. Teach us not to shame what is hard to carry, but to bring comfort and hope. Awaken us again, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church in Compassion

Father, when a dream or anxious thought makes my heart race, quiet me. Still the turmoil in my mind, steady my body, and let your peace hold me through the night, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Quiet My Night

Pray by naming the dream or fear, telling God exactly how it affected you, asking him for peace before sleep, and asking for one wise step for the morning.

Praying Through a Troubling Night

Thank God that he sees not only outward actions but also the thoughts and fears that trouble you at night; thank him for his patience, his nearness, and his steady care.

Thank You for Seeing My Inner Life

Pray for someone whose dreams are heavy, whose thoughts will not settle, or whose nights feel full of fear; ask God to give them rest, a calm mind, and a trusted person to walk with them.
