From Lacking to Saved

Lord, weigh your Church honestly and awaken us where we have mistaken appearances for faithfulness. Expose what is lacking, humble what is proud, and lead us back to repentance, truth, and mercy. Make us a people who live by your standard instead of our own, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Weigh Your Church Honestly

Father, I confess the places where I have relied on comparison, image, or good intentions instead of obedience. Show me what is lacking in me, and give me grace to turn from it today, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Search Me for What Is Missing

Name one area of your life that you want God to weigh honestly. Ask him to show you the truth, to reveal what is missing, and to lead you to one next step of obedience.

Pray Over One Area

Thank God that he tells the truth about us without pretending, and that his honesty is meant to rescue and restore. Give thanks that being shown what is lacking can become the beginning of mercy and change.

Thank God for Honest Light

Pray for someone you know who seems strong on the outside but may be carrying hidden lack. Ask God to give them honesty, humility, and a willingness to receive mercy.
