Hide the fear and keep pretending you are fine

Ignore what is happening inside and move faster

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and that I need your mercy. My thoughts and heart are not steady, and I cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me, make me new, and lead me in your peace. Amen.

Receive the Lord of Peace

Lord, revive your Church where we have become outwardly strong but inwardly unsettled. When your word exposes us, keep us from pride and denial; instead, give us humility, repentance, and steady faith. Teach us to tremble before you in reverence and to care tenderly for others who are shaken, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Your Shaken Church

Father, when my thoughts alarm me and my body feels weak, steady me with your peace. Keep me from panic, help me tell the truth about what I feel, and give me a calm spirit to trust you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Steady My Inner Life

Begin by naming the fear or pressure that has unsettled you. Ask God to calm your thoughts, strengthen your body, and show you the next wise step. End by surrendering the situation to him.

Pray Through Sudden Fear

Bring these to God: the places where you rely on outward strength, the moments your thoughts turn anxious, and the need for a softer, more teachable heart. Ask him to form steadiness, humility, and reverence in you.

A Humble Heart Before God

Pray for people whose thoughts are racing and whose bodies carry the weight of fear. Ask the Lord to give them peace, trusted companions, and one clear step forward today, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For Those Who Feel Unsteady
