Because the king ordered the lions to stop

Keep acting honestly before God and other people even when pressure rises

Assume rescue means you no longer need to watch your conduct

Stay quiet about wrongdoing so you avoid conflict

Do whatever you must to survive, then expect God to excuse it

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned and need your mercy. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for me and rose again. Forgive me, make me clean, and lead my life. I receive you as my Lord and Savior. Amen.

Receive Jesus as Lord

Lord, revive your Church to trust your help in real danger and to live with honest hearts before you and before others. Where we have compromised, make us blameless in motive and action; where we have feared people, make us faithful. Send fresh courage, fresh holiness, and fresh gratitude for your rescuing care, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your People with Integrity and Trust

Father, thank you for sending help when your people are in danger, for guarding them from harm, and for seeing what is true in them. Thank you that you are able to protect, to rescue, and to sustain the innocent in trial, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Rescue

Name the situation that feels dangerous or overwhelming. Ask God to send the help you need, to keep you faithful under pressure, and to show you the next right step while you wait.

Pray Through a Hard Place

Bring to God any hidden wrong, any compromise, or any fear of people that has shaped your choices. Ask him to make your motives honest, your words clean, and your conduct right before him and others.

A Clean Conscience Before God

Father, protect those who feel surrounded by danger, accusation, or pressure. Send your help, silence what seeks to destroy, and keep your children faithful and unharmed in your care, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Protect Those Under Threat
