10. Formal Translation And you will cross the Jordan and dwell in the land that the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikhem, Covenant Giver} is granting you as an inheritance, and He will give you rest from all your enemies around, and you will live in security. |
10. Dynamic Translation When you cross the Jordan and settle in the land the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikhem, Promised Land Provider} is handing over to you, He will give you rest from all your enemies that surround you, and you will live in complete safety. |
