| 21. Formal Translation But if there is in it a defect—lame or blind or any bad defect—you must not sacrifice it to the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Covenant Lawgiver}. |
| 21. Dynamic Translation But if the animal has any defect, such as being lame or blind, or any serious flaw, you must not offer it to the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Holy Standard}. |
