Deuteronomy 19:4:1וְזֶה֙vezehand this

4. Formal Translation
And this is the case concerning the manslayer who flees there and lives when he strikes his neighbor without knowledge, provided that he had not hated him from yesterday or the day before.
4. Dynamic Translation
This is the rule about someone who kills a person and flees there for safety: if he kills his neighbor by accident and had shown no previous hatred toward him from yesterday or the day before.
