29. Formal Translation
Just as the sons of Esau living in Seir and the Moabites living in Ar did for me, so let me pass through until I cross the Jordan into the land that the LORD our God {Yahweh Eloheinu, Covenant Giver} is giving to us.
29. Dynamic Translation
In the same way the descendants of Esau living in Seir and the Moabites living in Ar allowed me to pass through, let me continue until I cross the Jordan into the land the LORD our God {Yahweh Eloheinu, Land Provider} is giving to us.
