Deuteronomy 24:13:1הָשֵׁב֩hashevYou shall surely return
Deuteronomy 24:13:2תָּשִׁ֨יבtashivyou shall return Deuteronomy 24:13:3ל֤וֹloto him Deuteronomy 24:13:4אֶֽת־הַעֲבוֹט֙ethaavotthe pledge Deuteronomy 24:13:5כְּבֹ֣אkevoat the coming Deuteronomy 24:13:6הַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁhashemeshof the sun Deuteronomy 24:13:7וְשָׁכַ֥בveshakhavand he will lie down Deuteronomy 24:13:8בְּשַׂלְמָת֖וֹbesalmatoin his cloak Deuteronomy 24:13:9וּבֵֽרֲכֶ֑ךָּuverakhekhaand he will bless you Deuteronomy 24:13:10וּלְךָ֙ulekhaand to you Deuteronomy 24:13:11תִּהְיֶ֣הtihyeit will be Deuteronomy 24:13:12צְדָקָ֔הtsedakarighteousness Deuteronomy 24:13:13לִפְנֵ֖יlifneibefore Deuteronomy 24:13:14יְהוָ֥הyahwehLORD Deuteronomy 24:13:15אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃סelohekhayour God
13. Formal Translation
You must surely return the pledge to him at sunset so that he may lie down in his garment and bless you, and that will count as righteousness for you before the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Ethical Judge}.
13. Dynamic Translation
Be sure to return his cloak by sunset so he can sleep in it and bless you. That will count for you as a right action before the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Moral Standard-Setter}.
