21. Formal Translation And the LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Judge} was angry with me on your account, and He swore that I would not cross the Jordan or enter the good land which the LORD your God is giving you as your inheritance. |
21. Dynamic Translation The LORD was angry with me because of you, and He vowed that I would not cross the Jordan or enter that good land the LORD your God {Yahweh Elohecha, Personal Protector} is giving you as your inheritance. |
