47. Formal Translation And they took possession of his land and of the land of Og king of Bashan, the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan toward the rising of the sun. |
47. Dynamic Translation They captured his territory and the territory of Og, king of Bashan, the two Amorite kings—who lived east of the Jordan River, where the sun rises. |
